Respect privacy

• Do not share another person's private details without their consent.
• Do not post phone numbers, addresses, or financial data.
• Choose a privacy level that matches how sensitive the request is — public, members-only, a private circle, or a personal journal.
• Don't screenshot or repost what was shared in a private circle, journal, or direct message.

Be kind

• Do not attack any person, church, group, or religion.
• Do not shame people for their struggles or for the words they pray.
• When you reply, react, or @mention someone, use soft, gentle language. A short word of care is often enough.
• Following someone is a quiet act of support — not a way to track or pressure them.

Keep it about prayer

• Do not use Prayerground — including circles or direct messages — to sell products or services, or to recruit.
• Do not give medical, legal, or financial advice as if it were professional advice.
• Do not post harmful, abusive, sexual, or fake content.
• Do not impersonate another person or post under a misleading anonymous identity.

Anonymous and sealed posts

Anonymous posts hide your name from everyone except admins (who keep a quiet record for safety). Sealed prayers are visible only to you until the date you set. Both are tools for honesty and reflection — not a shield to break the other guidelines on this page.

Circles and direct messages

• Circles are for trusted prayer groups. The leader is responsible for who they let in.
• Direct messages are between two members. Treat them as you would a quiet conversation in person.
• If a circle or DM becomes harmful, leave it and report it.

Reporting and moderation

Each request, comment, and DM thread can be reported. New users' first public posts and anything our spam filter flags goes through a quick admin review (with email confirmation) before going live. We may remove content, close circles, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
